To learn how to obtain your medication through our pharmacy, please visit our Patient page, where you will find a step-by-step guide on using our service.
Can I send my prescription to you?
Yes, patients have the option to send us their prescription directly. Our tailored service is also available to several clinics, who can send us prescriptions. Please contact us if you're unsure whether your clinic uses our service or would like assistance with your prescription.
It's important to note that you should refrain from sending your prescription until you've had a discussion with our team.
I require my medication; however, I am still waiting to receive communication from you.
If you are scheduled to commence your medication within the next 72 hours and have not received any communication from us, we kindly request you check your voicemail and email, including your junk folder. It is possible that we may have attempted to contact you regarding your prescription. If you have not received any messages from us, we recommend contacting your clinic to ensure they have sent us your prescription.
Additionally, please do not hesitate to contact us for further clarification. We aim to ensure a seamless and efficient process for our patients and appreciate your cooperation.

How can I pay for my prescription?
We offer multiple payment options for your convenience. If you prefer to pay over the phone, you can use any debit or credit card except for AMEX. Alternatively, we can provide you with our information to facilitate a BACS transfer. To ensure timely delivery, we kindly request that payments be made by 2 pm the day prior to scheduled delivery.
Is an option for an emergency next-day delivery available?
We offer next working-day deliveries for emergency prescriptions, which will incur a higher delivery charge.
To ensure next-day delivery, emergency prescriptions must be paid for by 3.30 pm. For your convenience, our morning deliveries are available from 8 am to 12:30 pm.
We understand that individual circumstances may require different delivery options, which we are happy to discuss with you. However, please note that timed deliveries come with additional costs. For further information, please contact us.
What is the protocol if no one is available to receive the delivery?
Upon a failed delivery attempt, our courier service offers two options to ensure the timely delivery of your parcel.
Firstly, they will attempt delivery the next day within the operating hours of 8 am-6 pm using an all-day service.
Alternatively, they will provide you with a pick-up code, allowing you to retrieve your parcel from a nearby DPD pick-up shop at your convenience. It is important to note that if refrigerated items are included in your parcel, and the pick-up option is chosen, kindly contact our team immediately.
Can I return unused medication that I no longer need?
We must comply with the regulations outlined in our pharmacy license and the Medicines Act. These regulations prohibit the resale of medicines returned by patients. However, we offer a safe and reliable solution for disposing unused medication. You can return it to us for proper destruction; alternatively, your local pharmacy can assist you with the process. We highly recommend not disposing of medication through household waste, as this can pose a risk to the environment and public health. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and responsible approach to medication management.
Please leave your feedback so we know how we can improve our services further.
