Your Health, Your Way:
Private Prescription Delivered
to Your Doorstept
We will require hard copies of the prescriptions before dispensing the order.
Send us your prescription. Please post your or ask your prescriber to post the original hard copy of your prescription directly to our pharmacy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept photocopies or scans from patients directly.
Your prescription will have a date, and it is important to obtain your medication within 28 days of this date. If your prescription has expired, you will need to obtain a new one from your prescriber.
Pay for your prescription. Once we receive the hard copy of your prescription, we will send you a link to pay for your medication. You can pay with a credit card online using the link.
We deliver your medication to you. Once payment is received, your prescription will be dispatched with our approved courier company to ensure your medication's safe and timely delivery. A tracking number will be provided for easy monitoring, and if you need to change the delivery day, you can contact the courier directly. If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier will leave a card for you.
Signing for your prescription on the delivery day is essential to confirm receipt.
To simplify the prescribing and medication acquisition process, your doctor can prescribe electronically using our online e-prescribing module, www.SmartRx.co.uk, which enables prescribers to write prescriptions online and securely send them electronically to our GPHC-registered pharmacy.
Our electronic prescription service offers the following benefits to patients:
Creation of paperless prescriptions, eliminating the need to fax or email prescriptions.
No requirement to post hard copies of the prescription.
Eliminates the risk of posted prescriptions getting lost or delayed.
Completely secure and legally compliant.
Secure tracking service for all prescriptions delivered directly to patients the following day.
Patients receive a text message in the morning with a one-hour guaranteed delivery time slot, ensuring delivery arrives at their nominated address.
In the case of an emergency prescription received directly from a prescriber via email or fax, we can dispense it upon receipt. However, the prescriber must provide an undertaking to mail the hard copy within 72 hours.
Alternatively, the prescriber can issue an electronic prescription on our online prescribing module at www.SmartRx.co.uk, which will immediately send a digitally signed electronic prescription directly to our pharmacy.
